The dumpster can be filled to the max line marked on dumpster.
We will provide the liner for the dumpster. However, it is your responsibility as the customer to assure the liner remains over the edges of the dumpster at all times. Doing so will prevent/avoid any damage and for an easy removal.
General Terms & Conditions
The customer is responsible for the proper use of the dumpster and shall be held financially responsible for any damages to the dumpster or any violations of the conditions noted below.
No mechanical packing
No filling the dumpster above fill line, overfilled dumpsters are unsafe to haul.
Roofing materials are limited to a maximum of 20 - squares for all dumpsters.
No moving the dumpster unless alternate arrangements are made in advance.
No tires.
No Batteries.
No liquids or hazardous waste.
No closed drums or asbestos.
No Freon containing appliances.
The standard rental charge includes a max. weight of waste: 10 cu yds. includes 2 tons, 20 cu yds. include 3 ton. If exceeded and overage charge of $100/ton will be applicable. ( Max 5 tons)
The standard rental charge is for a 7 day rental. A dumpster may be removed without notice at that time.
The customer is responsible for deploying protective measures to prevent any damage to lawns, driveway or other property. Bobcat Multi-Works, LLC will not be held responsible for any property damage.
